Reviews
Budget hotel located quite a way outside of central Milan. We didn’t actually choose this hotel, however it was part of a mystery get away birthday gift coupon. We were only able to pick dates but had no say on flight provider or hotel. However the hotel itself is very basic and not somewhere I would ever book again. Staff were unhelpful and really didn’t seem focused on providing a great customer experience. They had an arrogant, rude and dismissive attitude to their roles and we found this attitude throughout Milan. The rooms are old with poor decor and no ambience at all, plus the walls are literally paper thin. You can hear every word, conversation, laugh or cough and sniff from all neighbouring rooms. Not to mention the noise from the corridors throughout the night. I travel for both work and leisure regularly and have stayed in every type of hotel you can imagine, from basic bed & breakfast to 5 star and above luxury hotels. But I must say, this was one of my least favourite and although cheap, there are much better options where hopefully you will be treated better and respected. We also found Milan to be a very dirty city with graffiti everywhere, even in the so called nicer parts of town. Im not sure why people put Milan in the same category as London, New York etc, it’s not in the same league at all, Sorry but it’s a no from me!!
Located a bit out of the city center, but a budget-friendly hotel on a quiet street. Beautiful, spacious rooms. the tram was the easiest option for me towards the city center. Friendly staff.
This hotel is pretty far from the city center, but close to the bus stops. Nice local restaurants nearby. Rooms are outdated and the color scheme was off, there is room for improvement there. A good enough stay for a few nights
Great value for money paid 💰Close to tram station 🚉, that goes directly to Duomo di Milano in the city center apr. 30 mins, tickets 🎟 I bought online via ATM Milano app 🤳 btw entrance to Duomo is restricted with covered shoulders 🧣
Rooms are good. Neighbors can be too loud, so I would pay more attention to it by hotel's management.
Good location easy access to transport
Friendly team
Clean rooms
Good budget city break hotel
The accommodation is quite outside the city, approx. 20 minutes by bus to the train station. Bus stop is very close. The hotel is in a good location, there are very good restaurants around it. Although the receptionist was not a smiling man, he answered everything we asked properly. One of the rare places in the country where the receptionist spoke English well. The furniture of the room is really old, but perfect for a few nights. The internet also went very well. However, a huge negative is the shower cabin, which is very, very old. You can hardly close it and black pieces fell out. There is no problem with the rest of the bathroom, but this should be replaced because it is disgusting.
Really nice friendly staff, hotel is clean and bathroom clean, will use again
The worst hotel that I have stayed in!!!
I had a 2 night stay in July 2022 here, and the toilet of my room was out of order and I asked reception many times to fix that, but nobody took care of it, instead they gave me the keys to another room at 2 floors up which was also out of order due to air conditioning problem, to use the toilet there!!!!
So, irresponsible staff!!!
Imagine I needed to go 2 stairs up for only using the toilet!!!!
At the check out, when I asked for compensation, they rudely refused my request!!!
Definitely, this is the worst hotel in Milan that you can choose. If I want to stay in Milan again, I prefer to sleep in streets instead of going to this disgusting hotel!
UPDATE:
If you just check the response from hotel staff to my review, you can find out how disrespectful and irresponsible they are. Definitely the worst hotel in Milan.
